Though ryokucha is technically more specific, I think simply ocha (お茶, “tea”) would be closer to actual Japanese usage. AFAIK it’s the usual word for green tea, see e.g. http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=%E3%81%8A%E8%8C%B6&gbv=2
French is “Thé vert”
And ชาเขียว in thai according to wikipedia :)
